risk this morning wasn’t it!  Well Winter’s here and and unless you’ve got a ticket to Bali, Fiji or elsewhere north of the equator you’re going to have to live with it.   The good news is that the sun’s back after a weekend away (of course it was Manly Food & Wine Festival) and there’s a solid South Swell to welcome us into the new Season.

Manly had some fun head high waves this morning but if you took a peak around the Queenscliff Headland you could see some solid backs marching into Freshwater.  Must be 6ft over there at least!  It was pretty quiet on the sand and in the water this morning.  Maybe because it’s winter, maybe because it’s Monday morning, or maybe somewhere else is firing?  Either way crowds weren’t an issue in Manly today.
